Job Description
Daily work flow
My approach to graphic design is highly organized and process-driven. I employ a dedicated online system to ensure efficiency and consistency in my daily workflow, which I'm eager to showcase.
PHASE 01
For the initial process, I usually get an order document from the payment department for one or three months of shipment.
A rigorous quality control process is in place for all incoming materials. The warehouse team verifies each delivery against the corresponding documentation, and I work closely with them to confirm the items meet the design specifications.
My responsibilities include developing pre-order promotional materials for brands, in accordance with specific conditions and contractual agreements.
Once product details are finalized, the design process aligns with the campaign strategy established in collaboration with the marketing team.
PHASE 02
Product images are sourced using product codes and then stylized to match the brand's promotional tone and Instagram aesthetic
Product visuals are redesigned to effectively communicate value and key features through compelling visuals and concise descriptions.
Products from our own brand, 'Papadoc,' receive dedicated attention. The design process involves a comprehensive approach, including photoshoots, meticulous image editing, extensive research, and concept development to ensure visually compelling results.
PHASE 03
Usually in concept design approval, I provide 3 design options for the supervisor to choose from, after that proceed with the composition according to the specified design
Following the design process, promotional materials are strategically distributed across digital platforms and, if required, printed collateral is produced promptly to align with the campaign schedule.

Below-the-line (BTL) promotions offer a targeted and engaging approach to connect with golf enthusiasts and drive conversions within a flagship store environment.
